Unlike the now discontinued Sig Sauer P365 15rd magazine, our combo give you a much improved grip and control over the pistol by filling our the back of the magazine and therefore your grip.

Our engineered spring with our injection molded sleeve and MTX extension give you a package you can count on regardless of your use. Our extension uses both of our issued utility patents to extend a magazine with inward facing base plate rails and eliminate any catch point when the follower transfers from the extension to the magazine body.

This set up with the standard Sig 365 is ideal for back up magazines or if you live in Colorado which limits to 15rd magazines.

Compatible with the standard P365 grip module, Wilson Combat standard grip module for the Sig P365, and many other standard sized modules

Also, we have never met a customer that doesn’t prefer our MTX installed with the standard module over the X or XL grip module. -Easy adaptability: we live in Arizona where the weather for half the year gets super warm. So there are times where we struggle to conceal our P365. With the standard module and MTX set up, if you need a smaller package size, just swap your magazine to a factory flush fit magazine.

-Flawless feeding: our newest utility patent for magazine extensions do make us the ONLY P365 magazine extension for 10rd and 12rd magazines. But you are in luck as our first patent allows us to guarantee flawless feeding. We have thousands of happy customers with ZERO known feeding issues. -100% Custom Engineered Components: this was not the initial plan, but we ended up developing every single element of the magazine (outside of the magazine) body from scratch. The spring is precision engineered from 17-7 stainless steel to match the force profile of the factory spring. (This is a feature of all our MTX products)

We started from scratch on the magazine internals after we released the 9mm cousin to this product. In doing so we created all custom components specific to the 380 caliber. This included the: spring, follower and the spring button / spacer.
